At Playful Prints Co., all of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful.

🕒 Processing Time

Each item is printed just for you! Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days, though this can vary during peak times.

Shipping Time & Methods

Once fulfilled, shipping times depend on your location:

• USA: 3–5 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping is handled by Printful's network of global carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others) to provide fast, trackable service.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the product type and which fulfillment center they’re made in. Don’t worry—this is totally normal!

Delays

While most packages arrive on time, occasional delays can happen due to customs, carrier backlogs, or seasonal demand. If your package seems stuck, just reach out and we’ll help track it down!
